This project featured the design and construction of a 4700 sqft home with a detached garage and apartment in Oak Forest.  The home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, game room and media room. The garage apartment featured a kitchen and full bath.  The 1st floor has an open floor plan overlooking the spacious yard. The home was constructed with a full stucco façade and tile roof accents.
